Taking Practice Photos at Home
For a practice photo at home, face a window for even light and avoid overhead lights that cast shadows on your face.
For a practice photo, keep the camera near eye level and ask someone to take it if convenient. Position yourself a short distance away from the background wall to keep any shadows soft and out of focus.
Printing Photo Sheets at a Kiosk
For other applications, check the issuing office’s photo and print instructions before preparing a photo sheet.
If the application accepts printed photo sheets, cut out each photo and set the printer to print at actual size.
Rules for Children and Eligible Agents
The service passport is available to specified senior public officials and, in certain circumstances, other state employees[1]. The source does not publish child-specific photo rules.
Ask the ministry whether a family member or dependent is eligible and which travel document to apply for.
